extreme low fps

i have a nvidia gtx 960m and an i7-4720HQ used to play rainbow six siege and my other games at 100+ fps mid graphics sometimes high graphics suddently i cant have more than 45 frames at all games even in the lowest settings cant pass 45 frames tried everything and i use windows 10 plz help

So I'll go through the usual checklist for these kinda problems. 1.) Have you tried restarting? If yes then 2.) are your drivers up to date? If they are and you're still having the issue 3.) have you tried using DDU to uninstall your driver and then reinstall the new one?

From there if the issue persists I would try monitoring your temperatures of your GPU and CPU to see if there is an issue from thermal throttling.

man tried everything didnt work still same fps and my temperature is good

On your laptop do you have the power settings set to high performance? This could cause an issue but it's something I doubt you've overlooked.

dude simple , Uninstall the all windows 10 updates or install the windows 10 once again and turn off updates
keep update your graphic card always. thanks
