Extremely low framerate in all games all of a sudden

Hi, i'm currently experiencing unplayable framerate in all of my games from seemingly out of nowhere. I used to be able to run nearly all my games in high or max graphics with little to no problems. However just recently i've been getting framerates around 5-15 in every single game i've had and pretty much everything i've tried hasn't helped.

I've downloaded new drivers, restarted multiple times, done a clean reboot, ran a gpu burner which gave normal results, and done at least 5 virus scans. Turning down graphics settings didn't do anything either.

My specs are:
Ryzen 3 1300x
GTX 1050ti
8gb 2600mhz ram
750w psu
Windows 10 64 bit

The games i've tried are:
CS:GO
Destiny 2
For Honor
Need for Speed 2015
Rocket League
Ashes Of The Singularity: Escalation
COD: Black Ops 3

I've also read multiple threads and none of the solutions helped either

i can recommend to watch the task manager while a laggy game is running and watch for abnormal resources demands. can be almost evey main component limitation: cpu, gpu, ram.
