[SOLVED] EZ Debug keeps on flicking between RAM and CPU

Recently got a new case/MoBo/RAM/Processor
Have transferred everything over and plugged it all in. Can get the pc to boot but monitor doesn't pick anything up and the EZ Debug will flash on RAM for about 5 seconds and then flick to CPU for about half a second. Repeats.
Specs:
Core i3 9100F
MSi B360 gaming plus
Gigabyte GTX 1050ti 4GB
Team Elite 1X16GB ddr4 2400
500GB SSD
1TB HDD

Have you tested each RAM slot on board?

yes i have. No luck

Try borrowing different RAM model and testing, to rule out a compatibility related issue.
