EZ Debug Light Flashing

Hi, so I just built my PC and the EZ Debug light is flashing for first the CPU and then the DRAM. When I turn the PC on, my monitors say no signal even though all of the parts seem to be on and moving. Any help/input would be appreciated, thanks!

i7-7700k
MSI Gaming Plus z270 ATX Board
MSI RX 480 4gb GPU
Coolermaster Masterliquid 240 Lite
16gb DDR4 3200mhz G-Skill Aegis Ram
650W Rose will 80+ Gold PSU
240gb SSD, 2tb HDD

It does stay on and flashes immediately after the CPU led flashes

Check if the CPU 8 pin power cable is properly connected and if RAM modules correctly inserted. Try leaving single RAM module and testing each slot.

Thanks! I my case I accidentally switched my two ram modules around after cleaning out my PC. Didn't know that would even cause such issues.
