Hi guys my computer worked perfectly 2 years In the time I nedeed just to change my dead ram and its worked good again like before, today I wanted to turn on my computer and for the first time I got a white vga led can someone help me please

Cpu amd ryzen 2600
Gpu rtx 2060
Ram Kingston 8Go RAM KVR24N17S8/8 DDR4 DIMM PC4-19200U 2400Mhz 1Rx8 1.2v CL17
