[SOLVED] f_panel cable supposed to be connected to the case.

To be honest, I am not the most tech savvy, but I cannot find anything else on the internet about this. I got a cable that looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/pMZBNxD I have the NZXT H500 case and if I am not mistaken, is the front panel supposed to have a cable longer than the one shown already connected to the case? If there is, I cannot find it. Please help.

It should be connected to the case by default. I would look for the cables tucked somewhere. My older nzxt s340 had those cables zip tied to the backside of my motherboard tray a fair way from the front panel.

Unfortunately I have already checked out the whole case, I can't see to find any other cables especially the one for what I need. Should I contact support?

Im not sure what is supposed to come with that case, but you could look up the accessories that come with that case or a case review. You could ask support aswell.
