Question Facebook videos won't play in chrome

Hi guys I got a new pc and for some reason videos won't play in chrome. Not sure what the problem is, I tried clearing cache, resetting, updating and disabling hardware exceleration. Nothing. They work in other browsers but not chrome for some reason. I perfer chrome. Also some site say to enable flash but I see nothing about flash in settings. Java is also enabled. When I click the video I'll see the preview and then it'll quickly change to a black screen saying sorry we're having trouble playing this video.

Nevermind I resett chrome flags and that fixed the issue.
