Question Facing some problems with my new card

I just upgraded my aged gpu ( gtx 660 ) to ( rx 5600 xt ) to preform better with my 1080p monitor, the problem is that some games when i launch them my montior Enters power save mode cant do anything then but with restarting my pc . i noticed that all the games that didnt work were small n light games such as fall guys or among us only, other games works fine. And they worked fine with my old gpu and i dont really know what is the problem. sorry for bad English also idk much about hardware and thx .

List all components including make/model of PSU.

Did you remove old drivers and install latest available for your new card?

PSU:Cooler master 500w rs-500-PCAR-I3 -- 16gb ddr3 ram -- CPU: Intel core i7-4770 3.40GHz
smth else matters? and ye i did

try this first
download your new card driver (the latest one)
also download ddu
go to safe mode
open ddu and uninstall your old card driver (choose : clean and shutdown)
back to normal
install your new driver before you go online

i have done this already but instead i did clean and restart not shutdown.
isnt clean and shutdown should be done when i will connect my new gpu?
