Factory Reset on REALLY Old Computer

Hello,
i have a packard bell legend supreme 1600. i want to reset the operating system to it's original settings. what do i need to do?

Find the CDs that came with it. I doubt anything from that era had a hidden restore partition.

If not, you need to find someone with the OS disks.

Although for around $50 on a site like craigslist you can find a PC that's 10 times faster probably with Windows XP already installed on it.
