Question Failed overclocking leads to low utilization of CPU and GPU.

Hello, i recently tried overclocking my CPU by following this video:

Now whenever i play Apex Legends or CSGO, my game lags and when it gets to much my pcs shuts off completely. I have also noticed that both CPU and GPU utilization is at its lowest, it ranges from 20-35 on CPU and 0-15 on GPU. Please help, any help would be appriciated.

My specs are:
CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: Radeon (tm) rx 470 4gb
RAM: HYPERX DDR3 1066 2x4
POWER : COOLER MASTER 500W
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

Stop overclocking to get the system stable again to where it will no longer shut off.

Use the motherboard's and CPU's respective User Guides/Manuals to configure overclocking.

Gradually overclock step by step ensuring that there are no problems at all.

Stay within the given specs to ensure that the overclocking does not lead to overheating.

What is the total wattage load on that Cooler Master PSU? Age, condition?

PSU may not be able to meet the computer's additional power demands.

Hello i reset every settings to the default and my pc is still under performing. Any clue what that could be?

The PSU is around 1-2 years old and seems like it was running fine.
