Question Failing HDD?

So I have a WD RE3 HDD and it was at 100% health about an hour ago... I was playing CS GO and noticed it was freezing after every 5 minutes into the game play for a few seconds. I exited the game only to find that the health of my HDD was at 10% with 5 Relocated sectors. Now what to do?

Certainly does sound like a failing drive. Is it new?

If it is failing, all you really can do is replace it, reallocated sectors tend to only get worse.
Backup and replace.

Just bought it a week ago.

It got worst, now I can't copy my data off it or delete it. I already have a backup, but I really need to format it.

Return it. Especially if it's only a week old.
It's faulty, so the seller will have to replace it.
Bad sectors and inability to transfer data are sure fire signs of a faulty drive.

Replace, and recover you data from your backup.
You do have a full backup, right?
