I got a short awhile ago and replaced my PSU thinking that would fix it. Turns out it was the motherboard instead. Now with everything installed I'm getting no signal when booting and I'm not sure ehat the problem is.

The PC stays powered on until I turn it off, the RAM is all the way pushed down into the second slot, all power connectors are all the way in for the CPU and GPU, I've tried DVI on the GPU and onboard as well as HDMI to the GPU, the GPU is solidly in the slot LEDs for it are on, keyboards do not light up, and fans are all spinning (including the cooler.)

I'm hoping it isnt some bad memory or anything like that. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution

No.
You could take it to a PC shop and ask them to update the BIOS, for a fee.
Also, you don't know how long the motherboard sat on the dealer's shelf before he sold it to you.
