Fake Windows Update spyware

About every 2 weeks I get this pop up. I got it right after I installed the Windows 10 creators update. At the moment I can just end task it and it goes away. When I open file location it takes me to Windows\System32\mshta.exe. I've been running scans with Malwarebytes premium, ccleaner, SuperAntiSpyware, and even adwcleaner. Nothing so far has removed it. Does anyone know how I could remove this?
