Those damn Naga, all I want to do is find some sunken items for a damn
gnome, and they keep getting in my way!

I delayed those quests till I was able to get the noggen elixer from tanaris
(for the underwater breath).
Less agro radius, and it would have been prety tough at 40, specifically the
chest on the sea floor.
You should still get full xp at 45.

Underwater breath? Oh... "you've stopped breathing" Only problem is
that you can't take a taxi until it wears off.

Any other advantages with Noggenfogger's elixir? Poison immunity?

I loved those quests which I did at 40. You just need to do the gogle
cave quest before you do the crystal quest... so you can see them on the
sea floor, and have unending breath or some such to do it with.
