Fallout 3 freezing problem

I have fallout 3 (legit) and have installed it first then applied patch v1.7 directly. Now it just freezes at any moment. It would freeze at the birth scene and at the baby scene. Its so frustrating! And my specs are more than enough for this game. Specs are Intel i5-3210@2.50GHz and AMD 7670m. I have no mods installed so that should not be a problem and also did that little .ini file edit for quad cores. So what should I do?

You don't have to modify the INI file. It runs great on Corei 5. Most probably you need to update your 7670m driver. Try also monitor it's temp since it's a Laptop, it does build up heat quickly and can cause the stutter problem.
