Windows 10
Intel i7 5930/32gb ddr4
All ssd drives
2 980ti kingpins

Resolution: 3840x2160
Fps seems capped at 60 because it never rises above this and pretty much rides there all game with very seldom occasional dip.

System Specifications
Operating System:Windows 7 64-bit
Processor and Speed:I7-4790k /@ 4.6GHz
RAM and Speed:8GB DDR3@ 1600Mhz 8-8-8-24
Graphics Card:Asus GTX 980 Strix@ 1400MHz boost

Can I play the game - Yes/No:Yes
What Resolution am I set at:1920x1080@ 120Hz
What are my avg FPS:90-120PFS

Ultra Settings
V-sync is turned off through Nvidia Control Panel
Frame rate is limited to max available refresh (120Hz)

CPU is utilizing from 4 to 8 threads depending on location. Diamond City sees 8 threads, wasteland will see 4-8. GPU is bottle necked at all times. Frame time is steady with v-sync turned off, quite a few hiccups with v-sync on even at steady 60FPS, although MSI afterburner reports smooth frame time. Installed on Corsair Force 250GB SSD, load times after quick travel are approximately 5-6 seconds.

In my estimation this setup has performed above expectations, subjectively the 120Hz monitor's high refresh rates proved to be the killer app me. Graphical fidelity typically takes a back seat to extremely low frame time/ smooth frame delivery. Although in this game I didn't need to sacrifice one for the other.

System Specifications
OS - Windows 10 64bit
CPU -i5 3470 @3.2Ghz
RAM - 2x4 @1600Mhz
GPU - Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2GB @1050/1200Mhz

Can i play the game - Yes/No: Yes
Resolution - 1080p @ 60hz
FPS - stable 30 fps,rarely drops to 25
Settings - Ultra with FXAA

Definetely playable, but i would say that the HD 7850 is definetely the bare minimum for an enjoyable gameplay. No other issues whatsoever.

UPDATE

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor and Speed: i5 4460 3.20GHz
RAM and Speed: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz 2x4GB Dual

1920x1080: Frame rate = Ultra 45FPS in cities and 60fps in wasteland (Game needs patching then I will get 60fps in cities)

I've got 4gb but I'm managing to play the game well enough.

Specs:
i3 2120
4gb ram
gtx 970
256gb850 pro
Windows 10

YES it runs
1080p, ULTRA with God rays on low
I've done 1 benchmark walking from Lexington to vault 111, and I got a 69.5 fps average. Frame drops are pretty damn common though. Not so much inside, but in diamond city it varies from 70+ to just below 30. SSD might be what's making it playable with4gb ram.

Specs aside, i've only ever run it with v-sync on and the only issues i've run into is the occasional crash when giving npc settlers better gear, raider leather specifically the occasionally dead stuff floating high above the ground.

That said yeah no fps drops at all. stable 60 all the way will re post with vsync off soon.

What are my avg FPS: Playing on High, only drops below 60fps when lots of objects are flying around (probably a CPU bottleneck, not GPU. dips only to about 55ish). I plan on seeing what happens when I turn off the framerate cap since theoretically I can go higher.

Additional:

Yeah, exactly at the minimum requirements.

System analyzer at the beginning suggested I stay with Ultra settings at my full 1920x1200 resolution and sure enough:
60fps with dips to 40 or so. But then emerging from the vault and looking at distance, WHAM, down to 10-30 fps depending on where I looked.
Put some settings down to high and then the fps is 15-60, which still dips too low.
Dropped to low settings and 1280x800 and now the fps is 40 to the cap at 60.

Will have to fiddle with the settings a bit more to see what I can push up and what I can't.
Also have to see if I run into areas and action where even lowest settings can't push above 20fps.

---------
So after plenty of fiddling. Yes, it runs.
1440x900 with low anti-aliasing, no god-rays, bunch of settings on low and some on high.
Mayors office to diamond city view and some other similar vistas drop to about 25 fps,
while most inside locations stay at 40-60fps. Very playable.

Settings: Textures ultra, shadows and their distances medium, light shafts off, ambient occlusion off, depth of field disabled via .ini, antialiasing forced to x4 FXAA, all special effects disabled (the tick boxes), antistrophic filtering x8 (for now).

FPS:60 constant in wasteland and 60 in cities while in very certain areas around the tower I get 45fps. I get awful camera sluggishness if I do not play in windowed mode (borderless), this is the only way to fix that problems so far.

Notes: I have also been experiencing very rare and random drastic FPS drops that seem to be like memory leaks and can happen any where. It has only happen twice so far and i'm level 16, a game restart fixes the problem.

Did have a 2Gb 6950 and frames would tank in built up areas on any settings and anything above low cut scenes would look weird.
