Fallout 4: Can I Run It

Here Are my specifications
SPECS
Can I play the game - Yes/No: YES
IS the game playable - Mostly,Some Minor Performance issues when going in certain areas of the map.
What Resolution am I set at: 1920x1080
What FPS: Average 50-60 Lowest 15(Still playable at times)
Or
What Resolution am I set at: 2560x1440
What FPS: Average 35-45 Lowest:Needs a bit more testing.

Do note that I have Tried using SLI with 2 550TI's and Seeing as it is the minimum Requirement it did not run very well at below 30 FPS. It was not very playable.

What are my avg FPS:40-45 (min. 30) Medium Preset, draw distance set to 2/3 (High playable, but get occasional lag spikes)

Just for fun, I tried playing it on an old system I threw a few spare parts into:

Operating System: W10 x64
CPU:AMD Athlon II X3 435 (2.9 Ghz)
RAM:10gb DDR3-1333
GPU: ATI Radeon 5750 1GB
Can I play the game - Yes/No: Yes
What Resolution am I set at:1600x900
Avg FPS: 30 (Low preset, Godrays OFF)

It does surprisingly well on such old hardware, though I did have to use Razer Cortex to eliminate some stuttering. I don't know why the minimum specs are so flippin' high.

Runs on medium settings at around 30-40fps with a few game mods that improve performance a little
in heavy processing areas it might dip below 20fps at times especially when I have a lot of mods active.
