[SOLVED] Fan causing slight vibrating

The 2 fans at the top of my computer are causing a slight vibration which makes a whirring noise ever so slightly. I noticed this because when I put my hand firmly over the top of the computer the whirring noise stops completely. I was just wondering is this a faulty fan, just how the design of the case and fans are or nothing to worry about? The sound doesn't really bother me as it's not super loud or anything I'm just more curious if it's something concerning or not. I'm not super knowledgeable about this stuff.

Solution
when I put my hand firmly over the top of the computer the whirring noise stops completely
so is it the fan(s) or the top panel of the case that's vibrating?

if it's actually a fan causing the noise;
pressing on and holding the case top panel in place should allow the fans to continue to vibrate.
but stopping the fan(s) themselves by lightly pressing on their rotating center would stop the vibration\noise.
and vice versa

Im thinking it's the top panel of the case as it stops when i hold my hand firmly on that

if it is the case itself that is rattling and creating noise;
make sure the top panel is fastened correctly in place
and make sure all side\back\rear panels are also firmly seated.

you can try just taping the top panel in place either on the interior or exterior.
or if you find any loose brackets you could try placing double-sided tape between where they should be fitting firmly together.
