Fan Connectors on Motherboard

I am thinking of upgrading my motherboard, RAM and Cooling in my PC, I am thinking of getting an ASRock motherboard, the specs say it has:
1 x CPU Fan Connector
1 x CPU Optional/Water Pump Fan Connector
2 x Chassis Fan Connectors
1 x Chassis Optional/Water Pump Fan Connector,

I am thinking of getting 3 fans for my case, and 1 Liquid CPU Cooler, would I be able to connect all of my fans and my cooler to my motherboard only?

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - MasterLiquid 240 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Fans: 3 x Cooler Master - SickleFlow (Red) 69.7 CFM 120mm Fans

My Current Build:

Case: Bitfenix Aegis Core
Motherboard: ASRock Z270M Extreme4
CPU: i7-7700k 4.2Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte 1060 GTX Mini Itx 6GB OC
HDD: Seagate ST1000DM010
PSU: Standard 500W Matx
