Fan Help for NZXT Phantom 410

Hi guys, I'm building a computer, and I have the NZXT Phantom 410 as my case. Now the problem is that i don't know which air flow and number of fans i can choose ,i know it can Handel 7 fans at a time so need ur expert help guys..
i have come up with this set up . is it good what u say and which airflow is good negative or positive for my case?

my other info
i don't care of loudness
i want most perfect cooling
i want no dust (dust proof case) and best air flow

I would suggest going with all 140 mm for a number of reasons (or where you can), a couple of them i will list:

140 mm are bigger then 120 mm fans, so therefore they will spin slower to move the same amount of air, and will be alot more quieter. They also will push more air when needed, then the 120 mm will since they have a bigger width across the fan blade. The rest the 120 mm would do fine. Give the answer to Anas Bashar, since he really did a good job on helping on this one if you would :) Hope you both have a wonderful day/night. Also yes my will cool effectively and will keep dust out as well (not out of the air but off the ground lol).
 


the above pic of ddbtkd456 is it - or + pressure ? it looks - to me correct me if i am wrong ?
