Question Fan in new Corsair RM650 (2023 version)

Apparently Corsair replaced 140mm fan from previous versions of RM650 with the 120mm fan in 2023 version.
Does anyone know how loud that fan is compared to 140mm fan? Also I wonder does the 0RPM mode still work exactly like before and it turns on after 260W, or they tweaked it?

No a hard NO. RM650 2023 is a relabled and downgraded RM750e. Low quality fan and an annoying fannoise. Corsair is really messing thing up, just like they do with the CX too which is a relabled CV.

I am the source. I've had one. I bought a RM650 2023 and CX550 2023 a few weeks ago to build some systems for friends. Before mounting the PSU in the system I opened them, I tried. The RM650 was easy to open, exactly the same like the RM750e. De CX550 can't be opened without damaging the case because there are no screws, it's hard fixed. Through the fangrill I could see the 2 coils of the group regulation and the platform is exactly the same like the CV550. My gosh, Corsair went a few steps down and 10 years back in time with the CX. The old CX had a LLC + DC-DC platform but this is even worse than the double forward + DC-DC of the CX-x50M.

If indeed Corsair have done this, then it's not good.
