Hi, i am new to pc building. I just yesterday helped builds a friend pc for the first time. I was just curious, seeing as my motherboard only has 3 system fans, if i would have to get some king of adapter. Here is the list, please tell me what you think / what to do.

Solution
A splitter is more tidier. If the fans have molex and 3/4 pin, I would use the pins and a splitter

The 5 fans that came with this case has both molex and 3 pin. I decided to cut the molex off 4 of them. To make it tidier

I had to use one molex connector because I ran out of headers
You forgot to post the list.

That said, three case fans is usually more than enough. Some systems get by with two or even one. If you instead meant that there are three fans present in the entire system, though, that would be different. There would be one built into the PSU (usually), one built into the graphics card if you have one, and at least one on the CPU cooler. You would need at least one case fan for such a system to work reliably, but two is better in case one fails.

I was planning on replacing the 2 ofthem because i was going to buy 2x 2 packs of them and put the other 2 on the front

In that case, you will need a fan splitter, or possibly a fan controller.

A fan splitter will let you control two fans with one header, but will only read the RPM of one of those two fans. Here are some specific ones:

A fan controller will let you control and read all fans connected to it, but costs a lot more than a splitter, and can be a pain to work with. If you're interested in these, you should really read up on them. I can point you in the right direction if you're interested.

I'm not looking to control them, I just need power to them. Could I just get a system fan to molex adapter and use it with one of those. There are 3 slots on the board but ill be using 4 fans

You could get a molex to 3-pin adapter, and use it to run the fourth fan. However, it doesn't cost any more to get a splitter, and if you ever do want to control them, it's always an option.

Basically, the molex solution works fine, but the splitter solution costs the same and gives you more options later.

If i get a Y splitter for the fans, i can run 2 off of 1 header on the motherboard?

Yes, that is the purpose of a Y-splitter.
