Fan not moving

Hi Community, my PNY 9400GT fan is moving like 1 degree per second, it says i need a 350 + psu, but im using a 220psu. If i switch to a 500psu, would the fan work again? or is there something wrong with the fan?

Regardless of the fan, you need a new PSU. I'm shocked the computer even booted.

But no, I don't think the PSU would cause the fan to not move. That's a really old card, I'm guessing you bought it second hand? You may have simply bought a card with a bad fan on it.

The card was actually passed down from my friend, it was working fine when he replaced it for a better one. What else could be the problem?

My friend was using it 2 days ago it was perfectly fine :/

my friend is out of town for a month for vacation, is there anything else i can do besides that?

Nope, my friends arnt really into computers and not sure if their stuff is compatible. I dont really talk to my neighbors either.

the only thing you need is someone with a pci-e slot for video to see if your fan will run and card will give signal to a monitor
