Fan speed without MSI Afterburner?

So I found after hours I was playing and afterburner didnt load at windows startup, does the fan speed up without this program? I just want to make sure it didnt go past 90ºC like it happened once because the program had the fan speed auto off...

The card will protect itself and shut itself off if it reaches above the maximum rated temperature.

yeah I know that, but the fans dont spin faster without msi afterburner ? or they are always at 40% ?

They will ramp up under load.

Graphics Cards will automatically increase there fan speed in accordance to the GPU Temperature so you have nothing to worry about.
