Hey there trying to find a program to control my fan speed instead of having to go to my bios every time. If the app can also see other things like computer temp that would be greay

If you bought and installed your own motherboard, it came with a CD of utilities, drivers, etc. Among its utilities VERY likely you will find one that runs as an app under Windows and allows you to observe many mobo items like temps and speeds etc. while doing normal work, and even to configure some items. It should work correctly, because it was supplied for that mobo by the maker.

Just wondering why the need to go into bios at all. The curve is automatic, set it once or rely on the stock settings and as the cpu/mobo gets warmer, fans speed up.
