Question FANS are not spinning at all, what's wrong?

Hi, I own a Be Quiet Pro rev 900 dev 2 with 3 fans installed, they are connected to the motherboard (Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi). I have never seen the fans spinning at all and I own this PC for months now, so I assume there's something wrong. I have a RTX 2080 and temperatures are getting pretty insane for this new rendering project I started (12+ hours non stop rendering required so it's time to fix this issue). Did I install the fans wrong to the motherboard, I might have missed something crucial? Haven't figured it out yet. I think the motherboard doesn't even know the fans are there, I know some fans only start spinning at certain temperature but I think that's not was happening here, seems like a software problem to me. Thanks already!

Hi, The case has a fan panel. No connections to it?
