Question Fans blasting no matter what and no Bluetooth connection no matter what I do

Got a new motherboard Msi x670e, No vent blocks no over heating but the fans won’t stop even if I edit them to quite or whatever still blowing max speed. Also Bluetooth doesn’t work and says couldn’t connect in red but it was connected and everything and it works on every other device and I can’t find anything else to update and I’m getting frustrated, any ideas?

Psu- Corsair rme gold rated 750 watts
Gpu- 7800xt
CPU-7800x3d
If your asking about ssd storage there’s about 500gb left I don’t have a hhd and my total wattage is only like 500 so I still have plenty of wiggle room also now audio kinda works but it chops out every second and sounds terrible.
