Fans dont spin

So i just built my first pc and i went to turn on the unit and the only thing that happemd was a lottle bit of light came from my gpu. Ive gone back and re checked every wire but the power supply is still not moving. Any ideas?

It could be something not connected right so it's shutting down to protect your components. You're absolutely sure you connected everything correctly?
Otherwise I'd say your psu's fan is dead on arrival, but that bit of light from gpu is then a little worrying. No other fans (case fan, cpu fan) spin? No lights on the mobo light up?
If nothing else shows signs of life, I'd take back the psu and exchange it.

What parts are you using some PSU fans wont spin at all until its under load and some GPU's won't spin either until they hit around 50-60c, is the CPU fan spinning?

Yeah your PSU has a zero RPM fan mode, it wont start spinning until your PC is under load
