Fans not found in Ai Suit III

Hi guys , how are you ?

i want to know how to make Ai Suit III recognize the fans in the chassis ? and CPU it shown the CPU but i can't control it , only from BIOS and it's set on Turbo.

i tried everything , doesn't work.

i want to set up all The Fans + using 4-optimization.

this is my PC Spec (build it from a shop):

#1 did you connect each fan properly on your MOtherboard. #2 ON the Ai Suite III (click on the Fan Xpert 2) you can manual designate which fan is which (it will show you diagram of you case and each fan and allow you to test them for efficiency. for example front fan is #2, the lower fan #3, additional fan #4 etc etc)

no the shop did it, i think they made chassis fans on the Control (High,Low) of the case and CPU on this but now it

and i did it manual , thanks mate , for all fans it's not connected i believe, but CPU was connected . i tried 4-optimization or something and now it's not working ,

btw does anyone has any full guide of Rampage V black edition full guide with it's programs ? the manual ain't that helpful ><

How many fans you have in this case of your? and did you say the shop? you had someone else build this for you? 4 optimization is best when you have the proper gear install (fans and good coolers) IF you have either of these the system will not run

4 fans , one in front and one at top and one at side and one at back all controlled by controller of the case and the case is Thermaltake level 10 GT- battle edition.

yeah someone else build it to me , so that's why it doesn't run , good to know that , but the rest will run i guess .. however, the Fan CPU was showing that it was working now it doesn't maybe cause i pressed on 4-way optimization ! so i guess i can't use it unless if i plugged the wires to the motherboard which will make case controller useless , so i guess no need for that

Never been a fan (no pun intended) of fan case control Leave it all to the motherboard (make sure you got the correct pin conections and after doing this you can certainly designate each fan at the AI Suite III)

u are right but the thing is i don't know how to put the right pin .. etc so i might just leave it as it is , until i learn more about this features and understand fully the motherboard
