Fans not working

None of my fans are spinning in my computer, but i know theyre getting power because the gpu lights up, and whenever i turn off the computer, they will spin a little and then stop

had the same problem 1 hour ago. except the psu no fan was working. and no signal for the display also.

mobo: asus z87 plus
CPU: intel i5 4440
GPU: amd radeon R9 380
PSU: 500w evga
its currently being build right now, but i plugged a few things in to see if it worked, and like I said, the GPU is getting power because the logo will light up blue. Also, the CPU fan works fine.
