Question Fans on Quiet still loud

i use a setup of 6 fans 3 bitfenix https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/prod...f_scf_p14025ww_rp_spectre_pwm_140mm_case.html (but 120 version)
and a pack of corsair ll 120 rgb fans that i leter found out doesnt come with a contoler for the speed, only the rgb 🙁 .
my pcs been very loud so i went to the UEFI bios or whatever its called in the start menu , then Qfan control and changed them all the silent, then save and continue. nothing changed. what do i do to make my fans spin not as fast. worth mentioning the control thing in the bios shows only 3 fans

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU and case.

How are the fans installed?

The fan and rgb are 2 seperate things, like a Christmas tree and lights are seperate. You can control lighting or fans, but both have seperate wires.

Where are those fan wires plugged into? How is qfan setup in bios? Pwm? Do you have 3pin fans?
