Fans spins no GPU Led signal

So I'm here for a simple answer I've been on internet trying to find a reason why but here it is .This is my first build and I've studied hard every part that needed to go where so I get everything in place here's my build
AMD ryzen 2600
Evga 450 BT
Msi b450m- VDH a pro
Msi rx580 8gb armor
And G skill ripjaes 8x2 sticks of ram
I'm about done with the build and the GPU is in up and running but when I turn on the PC the ez debug doesn't show a led for the GPU but the fan spin perfectly and the monitor doesn't show anything either, I've tried everything please help and thanks
Also my monitor is an main optix mag24c1

First and most pressing question, is monitor plugged into the GPU, instead of the motherboard? It must be plugged into GPU

Do you have all the power connections from your power supply to your GPU?

That power supply is very boarder line Being big enough but should at least let you boot.

Are you sure your ram is in the correct slots per the manual?

Yes the ram are working fine correct slots 2 and 4 slot

went through the entire checklist idk it fine if you don't have an answer but everything new my fans are spinning it just doesn't detect
