Question Fans stop spinning

I had just gotten a prebuilt PC, and for some reason only two of my 5 fans will randomly stop spinning. The LEDs will stay on, but the blades no longer move, and they don't stop at the same time, nor after the same time, it's always randomly. I have checked ports and BIOS, but I can't find anything. Can someone please help?

I have, however they haven't gotten back to me. I guess I should ask is there any long term damage that this can cause? I get the airflow may suffer, however I have 3 other fans along with liquid cooled CPU, id assume as long as I keep my eye on my temps it should be fine. What do you think?
