Farcry4 requires 4 cores or threads to launch. Wont run unfortunately on 2 cores / threads.

Only way of forcing Farcry 4 on a dual core is by using an injector program that modifies the game. I do not know if this program still exists or compatible with the game's version. On a dual core system without modifications done to the game will only result in black screen, nothing more.
