My PC specs are listed here:

When Farcry 3 is running on this PC, it runs fine for about 5-10 minutes, then starts temporarily locking up for 10 seconds to one minute at a time. When it is locked up, usually pressing ctrl+alt+del causes the game to unlock. I can't move the cursor when the game is locked up, but I can when I press ctrl+alt+del.
My specs are a little out of date for FC3, but it still seems like this is unusual because it happens regardless of graphics settings. On medium settings I get 25-35 FPS and on low settings 30-40 FPS, but the freeze-ups happen just as often either way. Similar freeze-ups used to happen in XCOM: Enemy Unknown on the larger, more detailed levels, but they've recently stopped happening. Same thing though- ctrl+alt+del fixed it nearly every time.
Drivers are the latest Nvidia drivers: 310.90
Any idea what could be causing freeze-ups that occur 10 minutes into play that are fixed by ctrl+alt+del?
