Fast Download Speed but Slow Upload Speed

I get a download speed of 300 mbps but my download speed is very slow. Is this normal? I use a ethernet cable.

What package do you have from your ISP, it should tell you what your upload should be. Looks normal in that it is common to have a high download low upload package.
