Fast Internet speed ,Slow Everything

I've been having these problems for alot of time now and after googling
every fix possible, my only last resort was asking the community.
So we have an internet speed of 53mb/s but everything (apart from youtube and google for some reason) is slow.

Downloading apps,instagram,even online games.Especially PC games,even with ethernet

Although we have 13 devices connected ,the problem persists even with 1.

Im calling my ISP if nothing works...although it seems like a router issue?

What exactly means "slow"?
Have you done any speed tests?

Try speedtest.net and report results.

Speedtest.net doesnt work and gets stuck at zero,but i tried one other speed test app and it says 53mb
