Faster speed or higher density ram?

I have the option of getting 16 gb Ripjaws, but should i go for the pricier high density 2x8gb at 1600 speed or $10 dollars cheaper 4x4gb at 2133 speed. I figure if I go with the 2x8gb, i'll have the option of upgrading to the full capacity 32gb later on if I need to.

I'm using:

Asus z68 deluxe
gtx 580
i7 2600k

I'll be mostly gaming, photoshopping large files and using 3d apps.

if you buy 2x8gb later you have the option to upgrade to 32gb. In some of the aplications is important the quantity of RAM.

Think I'll need 32 gb tho? So higher capacity > higher frequency?

If u run 3D and another graphic programs, yes. Or u can make a RAMdisc.
