I need the fastest possible solution that won't bottleneck my internet connection. I use the Xfinity modem and hardwiring it is not an option. I have the Extreme 105 Xfinity plan (105 mbps download). I need a wifi card/modem/powerline adapter that's less than $100 that won't bottleneck me.

Solution
I'd recommend doing what I did and ask Comcast for a WiFi capable modem. Cost $0.00.
Its strong enough that I still get full signal even though my pc is in my room upstairs, the WiFi dongle is built into my older z77 mobo and the modem is downstairs inside the closet under the stairs on the opposite side of the house.

You can get a decent WiFi card, either USB or pcie for $30

Wireless Network Adapter: Gigabyte - GC-WB867D-I PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi Adapter ($29.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Worst case scenario get another modem and run it hardwire to your pc.

The modem is downstairs and its connected to a bunch of stuff so moving it is not an option, and although hardwiring would be very easy considering theres a balcony to downstairs right outside my room, my mom thinks it's "too ghetto" despite my stepdad having duct tape on the door handles so people don't lock/unlock them.

As said...creative wiring.
If done right, a Cat5e the same color as the baseboard is near invisible.

But....a second option is powerline or MOCA.

WiFi is far, far down the list.

Could you recommend a specific moca/powerline adapter?
