Good afternoon,

I've recently purchased another nvme drive for my pc and it doesn't get recognised in bios or anywhere else.
I triple checked all the sata ports to make sure there is nothing interfering and still nothing.
I even pulled out all the sata3 cables and it still doesn't get recognised.
I moved it into M2_3 slot and it shows. Moved the drive that was previously in M2_3 into M2_2 and it doesn't show.
Does it mean that the M2_2 slot is not working? Never been used before so I don't understand what is happening.
I would attach some pictures here but can't...

Thank you

"M2_1, SATA3_0 and SATA3_1 share lanes. If either one of them is in use, the others will be disabled.
M2_2, SATA3_4 and SATA3_5 share lanes. If either one of them is in use, the others will be disabled.
If M2_3 is occupied by a SATA-type M.2 device, SATA3_3 will be disabled."

What specific drives do you have?

Hi,
I've taken that into consideration and still nothing.
As I said, I took all the sata3 power supplies out and it still didn't show it.
M2_1 is the boot drive an intel 512Gb and the M2_3 is a 990pro 2Tb, now trying the M2_2 slot with a 990pro 4Tb

You say "it still doesn't get recognised."....what are you looking at for this?

For your pics, upload to imgur.com post the link here.
I'm looking in Bios and with the Samsung magician software. bios photo
If I put one of the other drives in the M2_2 slot they don't get recognised either.
The M2_2 has power as the drive led is blinking.
