Hello everyone, this is my first thread here.

I was cleaning my pc, and the PCIe on my motherboard made the graphics card stuck. I tried really hard on making it let go of it using a small screw but I accidentally thrusted it to the motherboard. After several boot attempts, the computer would just turn on and off before showing "no signal". The fans of the cpu cooler and the gpu runs, yet no boot signs. Could this mean my motherboard is screwed? (haha)

In any case I am planning to go to a pc repair to check it out today, let me know your thoughts.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

We're going to need a little more info. Can you pass on pictures to show the extent of the damage of the PCIe slot that received the screwdriver?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:

Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.
