FBI Virus, cant acces safe mode.

hello, i have a window 7 home premium from compaq and i recently got the FBI virus. Now i know how to delete the virus but my computer wont allow me to enter safe mode, any of the safe modes at all. If I click on one it will just shut down my computer and restart it normally. help..

Press F8 when you restart and the Bios posts and you will access the Advanced Boot options. Form here choose Safe Mode and see if that works.

none of those options work i tried safe mode, safe mode networking, safe mode comp and advance options and they all go in to shutdown and restart my comp normal

Another option would be to boot from an install Windows CD and go into Repair mode
