Hi! I want to upgrade my PC in a while (some months or so), so I'd like to get the best performances with a good budget. I am a streamer and I'd like to stream at 1080p 60fps quality. I stream League, not any AAA games, so there's no need to go too overkill. With my current setup, 720p 60fps makes the CPU overload, so the recording stutters a lot.

Here is my actual build.
CPU
Intel Core i3 6100 @ 3.70GHz
Skylake 14nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1067MHz
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B150M-DS3H-CF (U3E1)
Graphics
4096MB ATI Radeon RX 470 Graphics (XFX Pine Group)
Storage
931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1SB102 (SATA )

I was thinking on this upgrades: as I already have 16 GB of RAM, an upgrade wouldn't be needed. I was thinking CPU AMD Ryzen 5 1600, and GPU AMD Radeon RX570, as the cheapest options. In the highest, CPU AMD Ryzen 5 1600, and GPU GTX1070. Suggestions/feedback totally accepted and debatable!

Solution
Well you are swapping from intel to AMD, so the CPUs use different socket motherboards.

Ryzen does not perform well with ram under 3200mhz or 3000mhz. You really should concider selling your ram and buying faster ram.

RX570 is not much different from your RX470. You can overclock your 470 to 570 speeds for same performance.

What speed is your 16gb ram? Is it 2 sticks?

A Ryzen 5 1600 and AM4 board would dominate for streaming
I had to open the PC because the program I used to check specs was bugged. I have 2 x 8GB HyperX Savage DDR4 2133MHz.
Thanks for the GPU feedback. I'd like more details about the motherboard, tho. AM4? Can I have an exact model? or some explanation how to pick a good Motherboard? Please, I'm very ignorant about motherboards ':D
