[SOLVED] Feedback on build?

I'm pretty new to all of this and I'm just starting to plan out all the parts for my first build. Preferably I'm trying to stay under $1500 but it's fine if I go a bit over ($2000 is my max).

This is what I have so far:

CPU: Intel Core i7-10700 2.9 GHz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB
Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus XII Hero (Wi-Fi)
RAM: G.Skill Trident Royal 16 GB (2 x 8 GB)
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5"
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA GA 650 W

Would this work? If not, what do you suggest?

CPU: Intel Core i7-10700 2.9 GHz -> Core i5-10600
Why: It's more affordable, and a better pairing with the current cpu cooler selection.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB

Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus XII Hero (Wi-Fi) -> Asus TUF Gaming Pro (Wi-Fi)
Why: Z-series mobo paired with a non-K cpu doesn't make a whole lot of sense, as well as being a waste of cash because of it.

HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5"
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER

Z board would make sense if target ram speed is higher than 2933.

If I had a 2000 budget right now to build a system it would be something like this below leaving 600 for a GPU and a case. The RMX 850 is cheaper than the RMX 750.

Unless you want to wait for 11th gen Intel. GPU's are not buyable right now. No idea what to recommend. Prices are crazy.
