Fifa 18 High Fps but not smooth

So,when I enter in Fifa,everything is alright,everything is smooth but when I enter in a match it isn't smooth,everything is moving slowly,in slow motion and I have 120 fps on high.I tried to set everything at the lowest settings but it doesn't work.
Can someone help me with this problem ?

What hardware are you using?
