I had a glitchy file save error moment in the program Fruity Loops that ended in me not being able to save anything within the program. The program crashed and I was unable to reopen it. Then later I attempted to create an image in Gimp, I saved it and it gave me an error. I tried copy/pasting it into paint and saving it there, error. I attempt to save a file in notepad making notes of what I did in the image creation, this one works. I later attempt to save a much larger file in notepad, this one does not work. Restarting didn't fix anything.
I asked ChatGPT for some solutions and it turns me onto some command prompt stuff, but unfortunately command prompt thinks that I am not the administrator. This was a problem I have been having for the past few weeks, I recently had to have Windows reinstalled and ever since then it doesn't seem to think I am the administrator but I am always able to grant myself permission for tasks that require being the administrator. I go into my accounts in Windows settings, Windows settings states that I am in fact the administrator, also it seems the only account on the system.
