Hey there,

I have a small issue where there are a small group of files have parked themselves at the end of the drive (including part of the page file but I can sort that out easily).

defrag.jpg

It consists of temp files, page file but also has some more important files in my appdata folder.

Is there any way to move these files back to the quicker part of the drive? I have tried auslogics defrag but it will defrag but not move the files.

Its not a massive issue but if I can move them then that would be great.

Cheers!

Solution
http://www.glarysoft.com/disk-speedup/ has an option to Defrag and Optimize, Optimize part should put all the files in one continuous block.
Thanks for that. It moved most of the files after a couple of runs. The auslogics defrag has an optimisation run too but it wouldn't touch them. All that's left there now are a bunch of windows store and cortana files that I NEVER use; Thanks Windows 10!

Thanks again!
