I solved this problem by setting timeout to 0, and disabling router signal booster (because pc was connected via WiFi). But in the end the file was uploaded successfuly, and the hash is matching (no data loss), despite two error. How is that possible?

10632 2 Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
10632 2 Error: File transfer failed after transferring 2 204 631 040 bytes in 686 seconds...
........
10632 2 Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
10632 2 Error: File transfer failed after transferring 189 005 824 bytes in 255 seconds

Remember that data downloads and uploads can take any number of paths from source to destination.

The path may change during the download and upload process.

20 seconds likely a default setting somewhere along the way.

Maybe something was sent but a receipt or acknowledgement did not get back.

The upload you attempted simply ran into problems from source to destination.

Eventually, a working and stable path was found between source and destination. And the upload succeeded.

Reasons for initial failures: broken wires, failed servers, buggy software, heavy traffic, power outages, gremlins....

Very informative, thanks.

So, error during a FTP transfer doesn't mean that file couldn't be transferred successfuly?

Depends on what happened.

Could be hardware, software, or communications.

If transmission related there would probably some attempt to re-transmit.

However if the destination host computer had a problem of some sort that prevented the file from reaching the target drive/folder or being able to save file therein then transfer would file.

FYI:
