If you're willing to overclock you processor, which you totally should, that thing can oc like a monster, though you'd need to buy a cpu cooler. You could get a a sufficient cooler for around £20. I know you're at budget, but if you can get the cpu cooler later, it would allow you to oc a lot, and it'd be worth it. At stock settings that build would get an average of 40 fps in most games at 1080p at ultra settings. If you oc you should get at least another 5fps in most games, but you could get more depending on the game. So if you turn down some settings in demanding games, you shouldn't have too many problems getting 60fps in most games. as for the games you listed, I don't see why you shouldn't get 60fps at 1080p in those games at very high settings.
