**** EDIT: Since people are asking about my PSU despite me saying it is not modular in the thread, I thought I'd clarify in this post that the PSU is a Corsair 850TX, which IS NOT modular.

For anyone interested what the following components look like when put together, there are pics to enjoy ITT. This is my first complete build ever, and I'm kinda proud of the wiring job. I plan on probably getting some cold cathode lighting, or maybe an LED solution, and if I ever find myself with a couple of days with nothing to do, I may refinish/paint the interior and install a window mod or something. But as it is now, how would you rate the wiring job? If it's not a 10/10, what could I have done better without having to buy a ton of 36" extensions and such, or maybe post some pics of better wiring jobs. Thanks in advance for any feedback. :)

Wow very nice! I really like what you did with the light bars. The painting and rewiring makes it look really good. Now YOU are motivating ME to go ahead and paint the inside of my case and add some lights, maybe even some fans. Nice work, thanks for sharing. :)

There are several available on Newegg. This link may help. :)

Then tell her to shut her talkie hole and go get you a sammich and a beer. She won't divorce you over $8, if she does that's her loss. Or you could just start a seperate bank account and use your new debit card to buy it. Or go see a doctor about regrowing your balls and forget all the secretive stuff and just go with the first option I described.

I know its redundant at this point but I just have to say the cable management on in some of these pictures, especially the original poster's, is absolutely amazing.

Part of me wants to try and duplicate it and then the other part of me is asking 'Do you really want to look inside your case after seeing these pictures?'

LOL, don't let a dusty rat's nest intimidate you. Just clean it out, then equip yourself with everything you need (electrical tape, zip ties, wire sleeves, etc...) and just do the trial and error thing. If all else fails and you can't get a result that you're happy with, I guarantee that the HAF 922 case can make all your cable management dreams come true. 😀

Holes? Hmmm....Why haven't I thought about that before?
I will try to manage those cables this July during my yearly summer maintenance which includes cleaning up the case, fans, etc... I have to rebuild the PC anyway...so why not also trying to manage those cable salad..
Let see if I can do at least something near to those pics ...😀

Can you post a link to those kits?

was from a quick 'pc modding supplies' google, thats a uk company but theres got to be sites worldwide there are loads of the damn things hehe, some heatshrink, some just slide over the cable, colour co-ordinated molex connectors, how far do you want to go lol? 😛 but theres everything out there, if you can think of something, theres a way to accomplish it :) Good luck and post pics man :)

@Babachoo : Yup...I build a X6 system using a HAF922 last week as ordered (I wish I can keep that for me)...wow...it really is a cable management dream come true..
Hmmm... I am thinking of replacing the proc, RAM, and mobo during summer next year....I wonder if I want to replace my current CM690 too...😀

BTW : Those pictures really motivate me for not building rat's nest or cable salad with dust dressing in the PC.
I promise I will never build any messy PC anymore starting now!
